By promoting inclusive governance and gender equity, we aim to ensure that women, men, girls and boys can participate meaningfully in public decisions that affect their lives at the village, ward county and national levels. We will do this by strengthening women, men and youth groups, and their participation in decision making, so as to strengthen their economic capacity, voice and participation. In particular, through:
- Strengthening women groups governance and leadership for them to deliver high-quality services to women
- Conducting gender-inclusive analyses so as to holistically understand the needs of the community.
- Advocating for women involvement in areas such as economic empowerment, health, food security, water clean energy, and climate change.
