Our initiatives include the construction of sand dams (https://thewaterproject.org/sand-dams) and provision of water harvesting systems at household level. Our measures for success on this are number of sand dams (constructed along Syuuni seasonal river and 30 households connected with water 10,000-liter plastic water tanks. Each sand dams serves over 50 households and 500 livestock. One 10,000-liter tank can serve household use for 5- member family for a year.
